A.We provide everything for your party! we just need a good level space to park!

Q.Does the standard 2 hour rental time include your set up time?

A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q.Can you you go in parks?

A.Yes! we have permits must parks in the DFW area

Q.What do I need to reserve?

A.You can reserve in our website with a deposit!

Q.Wow advance can I reserve?

A.We can book events with 6 months anticipation! but we recommend to make your reservation as soon as possible just to secure your date!

Q.What games are available?

A.We have over 140 games for 5 different consoles PS5 - Xbox X series - Nintendo switch - racing simulator - Oculus quest Vr. They are rated from E to M in rankings is provided. The objective of Game Station on the Go is to provide players with a social gaming experience, so most of our games are multiplayer. Depending on the game selection, 26 players can participate simultaneously providing a social and competitive gaming experience for everyone.

Q.Is there a minimum age for players?

A.Children can start playing at a very young age, however, we ask our players to read and receive instructions from our staff. For children five (5) years of age or younger, at least one parent or representative must be present to help supervise said child.

Q.Is a deposit required to reserve an event date?

A.Yes, to schedule the date and time of an event, a 30% deposit is required at the time the event date is reserved. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your date.

Q.Will the Game station on the go Truck need to connect to my power system or have power available on the site?

A.Our video game trailer is a totally autonomous unit. It has its own on-board generator that provides power to run all game systems. Therefore, Game Station on the Go does not need to use your home or institution’s energy system to run the games.

Q.Will I need to supervise the players?

A.Game Station on the Go will provide a game coach / coach at each event to monitor players and all activities provided by Game Station thus keeping all players participating in the games under control, but any other entertainment provided by other suppliers at the party. must be supervised by the host.

Q.Are food and drinks allowed inside the video game truck

Due to the sensitive nature of the electronics inside the trailer, no food, drinks or gum will be allowed inside

Q.How are parties handled in bad weather?

The Game Station truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. It is isolated and heated with heating and air conditioning.
There may be times when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In case of bad weather (lightning, very strong winds, floods and / or heavy rains, snow or ice), we can (and reserve the right) to reschedule your service to ensure the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your group and you know in advance (snowstorm, tropical storm or hurricane pending or anticipated), contact us to begin reprogramming.

Q.Do you allow the use of drugs / alcohol in the truck?

You can serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or interrupt any party or reservation when alcohol is being consumed in the truck. Narcotic drugs of any kind will not be tolerated in or around the Game Station on the Go team. Any illegal narcotics used in the trailer will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Q.What is the agreement in case of lack of availability of the truck.?

If due to unforeseen circumstances, the mobile video game truck is not available on the date of the event, Game Station will reimburse you 100% of the prepaid cost of the event.
